RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you love any Clutch Creation you purchase and for that reason, we back this promise with our return policy.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 15 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs or you can exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. All sale and items purchased at a discount are final sale. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with all items included.

Please note, we do not refund or replace improperly stuck adhesive clips if you chose not to read the instructions or wait for the adhesive to set 24 hours. Note* Replacement of items is dependent on item being in stock.  Luckily for you, this is one reason why we send an extra set of clips and allow you to purchase additional clips on our site!
